Welcome to Ipefu, the app discovery platform operating at ipefu.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ipefu platform, including any content, features, and tools offered through the site and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, continuing to use the Platform, or otherwise indicating your assent, you enter into a legally binding contract with Ipefu. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice and, in appropriate cases, obtain your consent. Your continued use of the Platform after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Ipefu, its licensors, and its suppliers retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all content, design, code, graphics, user interfaces, logos, and other proprietary material (collectively, “Ipefu Content”). All Ipefu Content is protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties. You may access and use Ipefu Content solely for your personal or internal business purposes in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any Ipefu Content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or permitted by applicable law without infringing our rights.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names used on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing herein grants you any rights to use such marks without the express written permission of the owner.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

Ipefu functions as a discovery platform that surfaces apps made available on third-party storefronts. The Platform itself does not host the apps described, nor does it provide the app binaries or installers. All apps referenced on Ipefu are hosted by third-party marketplaces, most notably Google Play (the Google Play Store). When you elect to view or download an app via a link on the Platform, you will be redirected to the respective storefront where the app is hosted.

We provide links to Google Play listings, developer pages, and app information solely to facilitate discovery. We do not guarantee the availability, safety, accuracy, legality, or continued existence of any third-party app pages. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the respective third party. Any downloads, registrations, or purchases you undertake on Google Play are governed by Google’s terms and policies, not these Terms or Ipefu’s policies.

We may display third-party content, reviews, or endorsements. The inclusion of such content does not constitute an endorsement by Ipefu of the third party or its products and services. Ipefu disclaims any liability arising from third-party content or the actions of third parties accessed through the Platform.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” IPEFU AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ITS MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SECURITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IPEFU AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ipefu and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. Modifications to Terms; Service Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes and update the “Effective date” at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your use of the Platform as described in the Termination section below.

8. Termination

Either you or Ipefu may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms terminate, and you must discontinue use of the Platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, licensing, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ipefu is incorporated, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
